EDDEVID2, External Debug Device ID register 2

The EDDEVID2 characteristics are:

Purpose

Reserved for future descriptions of features of the debug implementation.

When FEAT_DoPD is implemented, EDDEVID2 is in the Core power domain. Otherwise, EDDEVID2 is in the Debug power domain.

EDDEVID2 is a 32-bit register.
